We provide our services all over the US and cater to various types of positions: chapel musicians and coordinators, administrative, product suppliers, service providers in both private and public sectors.

You just need to apply for the position you are qualified in, there is no fee.

When applying, you will need to submit your most recent or updated resume. Some positions may require that you present your diplomas of higher education, and transcript of records, and other relevant certifications. The specific required documents needed will be provided through the job description we will be sharing with you.

The rate can be discussed during a phone call or email, once we have received a copy of your resume for consideration.

For federal contracts or government chapels, our contractors can invoice monthly, usually submitted at the end of the month after the last day of service of the month. This goes through the WAWF - a government payroll system and it will take 30 days to process.

Our customer service department will handle this once your application has been approved and is ready to submit to the POC in charge. You will need to provide information pertinent to obtaining passes or to fill out a form directly.

There is no fixed time for the application process as it depends on the need. It ranges from 1 week to a month, again, depending on the need, and depending on the processing of the application. Scheduling interviews with clients and preparation of passes or other requirements will take time so the process duration varies.

As an independent contractor, there are no benefits included in the positions we provide.

Most of our positions do not require to be in active service, but should be familiar with military rules and regulations. Some positions will require that you have experience in a military setting and should be able to work in a pluralistic environment.
